• Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped to the provided shipping address.
• If the parcel is not paid for upon delivery, it will be returned to us as soon as possible.

• Once the product has been received and paid for by the customer, there are generally no returns for such items.

Exceptions – Wrong Item Received:

• If we determine that a wrong item was sent, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
